Clouds have returned and most will see showers, and a few thunderstorms, as a result overnight and into Monday morning. Highs on Monday will remain above normal, ranging from mid and upper 50s in the NRV and Allegheny Highlands to the mid and upper 60s across Roanoke, Lynchburg and the Southside. After a brief dry spell Monday afternoon, wrap around moisture will bring the chance for showers back to the area Monday night. Tuesday holds only a slight chance for showers which look to stay west of the Roanoke Valley. Wednesday will be a dry day across the entire viewing area allowing for a small warm up before the chance for showers returns Thursday and Friday.
